According to the "Project of the Croatian Dream" in Dubrovnik will be seven new hotels, 9 seven-star villas, 36 six-star and 176 five-star. To create the necessary atmosphere for recreation, a pier with 400 seats, a golf course, a stadium, a water park, a winery will be built nearby, with the possibility to watch the birth of wine, aqua and eco-parks.
The construction is carried out in compliance with the strictest ecological compliance standards, and will be completed, approximately by 2020.
