Earlier, Emirates reported that for the return of passengers whose trip is affected by these changes, the airline will carry out a series of charter flights to Moscow and St. Petersburg from March 20 to March 29, 2020.
Flights from Dubai to Moscow and St. Petersburg will be available exclusively to citizens of the Russian Federation, while return flights from Emirates from Russia to Dubai are available only to citizens of other countries.
