Archaeologists have discovered a treasure consisting of 135 antique copper coins during construction work on the Sofia embankment in Moscow, RIA Novosti reported, citing a message on the official website of the mayor and the government of the capital. Moscow archaeologists have found treasure in the center of Moscow - copper coins of the late XIX - early XX century. He was in the ground at a depth of one and a half meters. There were 135 copper coins in denominations of half a penny to five kopecks. It is noted that among them there are 32 coins in half, the same number of coins of three kopeks, 29 coins of two kopecks, as well as 36 copies of single-value coins and six to five kopecks. Now they are under restoration, after which they will be transferred to the museum fund. The earliest artifacts found date back to the 1870s, the last to 1915.
