In Moscow, there is a positive trend in reducing the number of cases of coronavirus, in the coming months it will be possible to lift restrictions in the capital, said Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for economic policy and property and land relations.
"We see a positive trend in the decrease in the number of patients who fall ill every day, and in the number of hospitalizations, and gradually, as soon as the medical system allows us, we will remove restrictions," Yefimov said on the air of the Russia-24 TV channel (VGTRK).
According to him, the Moscow authorities hope that in the coming months the residents of the capital will be able to return to a full life.
Efimov added that there is a positive trend in the capital in terms of the number of vaccinated residents. "It affects the decrease in the number of cases," said the deputy mayor.
He notes that the restrictions remaining in Moscow - mask mode and social distancing - also help reduce the number of cases of coronavirus.
