Farmer from Ulyanovsk famed in The New York Times

Last Friday in the American Newspaper “The New York Times” appeared the article, titled as “A Trace of Novichok on Your Salad?” (“Is it a trace of “Novichok” in your salad?). So foreign journalists reacted to the production of Ulyanovski farmer Alexey Yakushev, who presented sunflower oil of his own production on the local fair.

Much-talked of “Novichok” is a chemical weapon, with the help of which on March 4th this year was intoxicated military intelligence operative Sergey Skripal. Yakushev’s oil was produced riding on the wave of strong social interest in a puzzle of Skripal’s intoxication and elaboration of a new toxic material.
